One of the things (for those who know their phones) that the XZ Premium has got for it is its sheer SPEED.

It even outperforms phones with MORE RAM on it such as the Samsung (swear word) Note 8

Please note I have only shown reviews that include real world tests and not JUST synthetic bench marks-which mean nothing.

I can appreciate all those reviews and tests...however....for those who cannot maintain a WiFi signal, or get a good LTE signal, or cannot connect their bluetooth consistently...speed means nothing. Just because an app opens a millisecond faster on the Premium than it does on any other phone is meaningless if you can't do anything with the app because the phone will not connect to anything useful.

What you end up with is the fastest paperweight in the West!

Oh i agree, hence why I said  in terms of speed.

Having said that you go on any manufacturers support forums and you will find those with similar problems there.

For my the XZ premium totally destroys ANYTHING made by Samsung or Iphone-except Low-light photography and SONY'S  over-sharpening software.

Apart from that I find the XZ premium in general terms as well as speed simply destroys every other 2017 phone.

Btw I have had my phone for around seven months now, never reformatted and it is still as fast as the day I purchased it.

BTW on some of those reviews the Sony phone opens apps clear seconds before the others:)

Yup its a good phone

I am glad I got mine-haventy looked back since. I don't have a single problem with it- improvements yes (everyone can improve) but not one single fault.

Yes low light photography can be improved

Sony camera software for image optimisation re: sharpening can be less obtrusive.

but not one single fault only things that can be improved.

Sound quality, SPEED plus the 4k screen is what i bought mine for.

Best phone investment ever made even over my Z5 Premium:)

Why are you saying that? You do not need an LTE signal to take pictures.

Besides, here in Milan where I live, we have LTE at full speed, so there is no kind of problem as far as the network is concerned.
