I've bought the official touch case but when closed the screen is dark and the phone doesn't show incoming calls or notifications, it just rings. The screen does not respond to touches either. Is there a setting I need to change??
For me, it is working fine, even with cover.
Have you enabled the "Style Cover" app in your mobile.
