My phone is lagging or I cold it do what it wants. It start after I update to android 8.0 oreo. I did full restart as well. Does someone know what to do?

2 things to check
- does it occur in safe mode
- uninstall the last apps you installed.
Find those by going to your apps list, tap on the 3 dots and sort on date installed.
I will try save mode, because I havn't instal any strange apps.
