Since new update neither pc nor phone recognize usb connection

I tried different usb ports on my pc but doesent work

This is happening since the last update

My phone and usb jack never got wet

My Xperia Z doesent recognize my pc and vice versa

Could you test different cables and computer? if you have done so, then you should contact your Local support

@uliwooly I just tested it with my laptop. strangely enough it worked. must be my 2 usb ports that are not working then, which is still strange as they worked fine last time i checked.
