Screen doesn't turn off automatically

I have this problem for 2-3 months. The screen doesn't turn off automatically. I have to press the power button to turn it off. I've checked it with inteligent adjustment option on and off.  Different sleep mode times doesn't work neither. Do You have similar problems?

Try checking/changing the following settings and see if it helps.

• Display > Backlight > Sleep : set to 15 secs
• Display > Backlight > Smart backlight control: Set it off for now
• Display > View > Screen saver: Off
• Assist > Xperia Actions : Disable all
• Lock screen & security > Smart Lock : Nothing is enabled.
• Lock screen & security > Screen lock : Enabled.

What is the state of your "Smart backlight control" setting?

@Witold8are you sure you disabled Smart backlight control setting, and not Adaptive brightness? just double checking.

also, does the problem persist at all times or only when your phone is plugged in and charging?

Thanks, the problem on my XZ1 was the Screen saver ON when docking, turn it OFF and solved.
