My name is Naynah, I from Nigeria. My Xperia xz dual Sim which is recently purchased successfully downloads the software update but upon installation (after the restart stage), it says software installation failed..... I have tried updating it through my Xperia companion on my laptop but it is still the same issue. I have a very also tried using the software repair function on the said Xperia companion but it also failed to repair. Please help me, somebody out there!!!
