Proximity sensor

It started when phone updated. When someone calls the screen stays black and i cant see a thing. The proximity sensor is working when tested. Pleasehelp this is very annoying.

Try clearing the phone app data and cache (settings>apps and notifications>all apps>phone>storage>clear cache and clear data) .
