Problems with autorotation

I turn my autorotation off and 10 seconds later it comes back on and flips my screen. 

I am constantly turning it off and it will always come back on and spin my screen. 

Does anyone else have this problem?

That sounds very annoying.

Do I understand correctly that even the setting is turned on again, or is it still off?

Just to make sure that one of your downloaded applications aren't the cause of this, could you try restarting your device in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour? In safe mode all your downloaded applications are temporarily disabled, but they will be back after just rebooting the device.
