Problem with some apps (stop working)

The problems are

with Google play store i 1) start app 2) app stop working = white screen) 😃 i delete all data and middle data in this app, but it still the same (also in safe mode).

with Spotify 1)start app 2) it looks normaly, but sometimes (35%) after i click on some music the app stop working (it stoped on menu without response)

I have Xperia xz premium dual with version 47.2.A.10. 45

That's rather odd, more so since it happens while on Safe Mode, just wondering, was your phone preloaded with an antivirus? Also, does this happen on Data or WiFi?

My phone was preloaded with malwarebytes.  Also, this happen on data and wifi. Which antivirus can i use to scan my device? Now i will try avast. Where can be the problem? I get this problem week ago and last update was maybe mounth ago.

After avast scan it says all is ok, but the problems are still here :/?

uninstall any antivirus apps, battery saver apps > restart the phone > report back

also, you forgot to answer the other question (Data or WiFi)?

It is the same with wifi and data.

After i uninstal all antivir. + battery saver and restart it nothing change.

Can u try clear all data and cache of play services and even remove Google account and add again. . ..I use Norton antivirus..
