Problem with display

Hello guys i have a question: is it normal that i can see horizontal and vertical lines forming something like a pixel grid ( maybe it's the pixel grid itself) on the screen especially while watching white images with high brightness? Is it something that every xz premium have or is it just a problem of my Phone?

Thanks for everyone that Will help me. This thing is Making me pretty sad because the screen look like an old (really old) generation one.

A camera will probably not capture the thing im talking about, at least mine wont be able. You can see it looking especially at a white picture with max brightness. Its like a grid of really small pixels so u have to be concentrated the first time. Once you get What im talking about u will see it clearly anytime.

I dont get If the lines in your pic are perpendicular to the edges of the screen. The lines im talking about are perpendicular to the edges and form micro squares just like a pixel grid; its an hardware thing not some effect showed from the display. I Hope that i have explained it better and sorry for my English. Thanks a lot for helping me.

I see more and more people looking for issues with this phone...anything to poke a stick at...if the issue is only visible while looking at a totaly white screen at full brightness.... then turn down the brightness and stop looking at a totally white screen! Why would anyone ever do this on a normal basis? Just silly!  Dizzy_Face

No u can see it on every light colour. For example in Facebook app is particulary evident, even on light Grey.

Is it more visible in direct sunlight with the screen off? If so, you're seeing the digitizer, and it has nothing to do with the display. The people saying it's a low quality screen have no idea what they're talking about, and you can see their misinformation littered everywhere on this forum unfortunately.

Digitizer is not visible on a high Quality lcd ...even in direct sunlight please don't mislead people ...if it's not an issue why it's only visible on sony phone ???????? Please don't try to defend SONY ...

Why we can't see it on iphone LCD screen ????

Definitly it's a hardware issue ...
