Problem in Weather App

Hi there Sony!

Why is my weather app in my sony xperia xz is not working? I've already update the app but still no update is happening and the message always says an error on the site.

Could you post a screenshot of the error?

Also, have you restricted any app (data access) ? any antivirus?

what if you disable airplane mode > then check again.
