If I am on FB or email say and I click on a link, I get a pop up screen taking me to that link. Sometimes it works, other times not. Let's say I get an e-transfer and I click on my bank icon in the body of the email, I get the pop up window which I assume is taking me to my banking app, but nothing happens. I have to go on my laptop or desktop to do it. My old phone just took me directly to my app. I'm wondering if there us something in my settings I need to enable. Ideas?
