Hello people I hear this is the best place to come for the best help so I'll just get on with it and start...
I have a xperia xz 6 weeks old and it's been perfect quote "until something happens that can't be explained"..
The phone started to act very Laggy and slow to the point that it would not respond to my touch
2. Outgoing and incoming calls are impossible, consisting of no sound from receiver on making a call (now ringing sound in ear) to incoming calls (phone lights up and states whose calling but no ring tone plus if I answer a call there is no sound at all)
3.i have hard reset my divide via Sony companion in hopes it was a software problem.... I was proved wrong
In a nutshell everything works fine except calls sound mic and receiver
