pixel problem for applications

I have a pixel issue when I open videos in instagram,snapchat and pinterest.but when I taking the video and  watch it on the phone or youtube I dont have any problem.I dont think happaned my connection because  I try so many places..helpp pleasee

Are you using WiFi to look at the videos?

no I use 4,5G mobile data connection it doesn't matter connection speed..
