Hello, I have an issue with my photo album, I took a short video and a couple of pictures and now the phone is constantly trying to upload them even though I have deleted the pictures and I have tried to move the video with no luck, can you suggest anything?

I tried rebooting the phone that did nothing 

And it's draining the battery

Uploading is something between you, the settings and Google.

Battery drain is a thing you can tackle.

Goto the support app and go battery, tap on battery and then on the 3 dots.

There you will find consuming apps.

You can use the support app too retrieve apps that had problems too.
