Спасибо, что откликнулись! Решение не потребовалось. Сейчас попробовал ещё раз подключить usb накопитель, и он заработал!!! Раньше писал, что политика безопасности андроид, не позволяет подключать внешние накопители. Я не знаю, с чем это связано.

Thanks for responding! No solution was required. Now I tried again to connect the usb drive, and it earned !!! I used to write that the android security policy does not allow connecting external drives. I do not know what it is connected with.
