Muted when charging

Whenever my new phone is on charger, after about 30s the phone goes to 'mute'. The icon has the bell crossed out. It is not dnd and not vibrate. But I am on call overnight for medical emergencies so this is not funny.

Perhaps it's set up as automatic 

settings > sounds > do not disturb > check here and report back

2)the state is not dnd. It is mute

I've removed your last post I don't see why the animosity,  I'm trying to help you, but perhaps you might want to contact Sony directly >>> Local support

I've described the situation clearly. I don't see how an image will help you.
