MMS picture resolution

I'm hoping that someone has a solution as I've read a couple of forums where people are experiencing the same problem but with their X1.

When sending an MMS via the installed messages app, the picture is constantly grainy and poor resolution. I never experienced this problem with my Z3 and am extremely annoyed at considering I've upgraded to the XZ Premium.

Appreciate any assistance in fixing the problem.

@bobsta1979 it's an Android Messages issue, as it's horrible at compressing photos. the app is made by Google, so you should report the issue to then.

in the meantime, you can try using another app for SMS. Pulse is a really good one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xyz.klinker.messenger

Thanks for that. I've changed app and photos are back to normal. I appreciate you taking the time to help.
