Your operator may have a code that you can type in before typing the number you want to dial and your number will not be shown for the counterpart, so you can have a look with them.

You can also open up the Phone application > tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Calls > Choose the SIM card you want to change this on > Additional settings > Caller ID > Hide number.

Type #31# followed by the phone number.

Should work everywhere

@Strampke, Oh now I remember that is the code. I haven't called with a private number for years, so I wasn't sure it was the correct code!
