Last update causes problems

Hi, 

Today I downloaded the newest update. Since then only trouble : all kinds of apps can't open. Like the moving background and more important e-mail! The standard app on the Phone wont open....😂

Restarting the Phone does't help, and all the other standard support doesnot help.

Anybody any good ideas  

And does Anybody from Sony read this? Because i think that the update is bad....

Yes, I facing a same problem. After I updated to android 9 my Xperia XZ2 do restart while I use the phone, and I tried power of and restart to slov this problem but I failed.
