Hi @Talha77, sorry to hear about what has happened.

I'm not sure if there is a Local support team in Pakistan, but you should be able to get in touch with one in a country close to yours, for example in India and see if they can assist you further, or try sending an Email to questions.pk@support.sonymobile.com, in case there is a monitored inbox there.

You can also check with the retailer where you bought the device and see if they can assist you with having it repaired.

Yeah I still have it. I just got the screen fixed but the condition of the phone isn't so good.
