Firmware 52.0.A.3.163 new update Pie - WiFi connection keeps disconnecting

Just bought XZ2C , did a fresh install from Oreo to Pie (latest Pie version) .

The WiFi keeps disconnecting every 10-40 seconds.   

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have tried 52.0.A.3.126 and 52.0.A.3.163 , both are giving the same issues. Have tried reparing via Xperia Companion , booting into safe mode on both firmwares and still the WiFi keeps disconnecting. 

Back on Oreo , the WiFi works no problem. 

Is anyone else having this problem on Pie?
