disable retail mode

I recently purchased a new xz1 compact and it repeatedly forces me into retail mode. Is there a way to disable it?

@Alejandrok where did you buy the phone from? It could be a prototype, you can try to type in the phone app *#*#73556673#*#* (SELLMORE) and see if it takes you out of demo mode.
