If they're green they're probably stuck, not dead so if you're lucky it might work itself out, search "stuck pixels" on youtube and you'll find some videos that are rapidly changing coloured patterns, leave one of them playing for a while and see what happens.
Other than that I'd expect you'd be able to return the phone for a new one under warranty with a problem like this.
