Charging issues

I am experiencing a strange issue that when I am charging my phone it will charge for about 2-3% when I plug it in but then it stops charging and the red/green light at the top of the screen goes off as if there is no charger plugged in. This is happening with any charger I try whether it is plugged into the wall or a USB port. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I dunno why its happening but i find that installing a faster charge app has helped.

II look for the highest rated ones. I got "fast charger battery master." 

The ads are kinds annoying but if u can ignore them the app is great.

The apps i go for are never lower than 4.5. This app is 4.5 i believe.

Another one is called "super battery - battery Doctor and battery life saver."
