Can i use my XZ2 compact in Japan without power Transformer?

I just bought my XZ2 Compact in belgium.

Can i use it in Japan without power Transformer (same question for my old ipod)?

I have of course already a simple adaptater.

Unfortunately, you will need to use the right adaptor at different countries. The original Sony adaptor that I have is able to work with 100 to 230 VAC and 50 to 60Hz. So it can work in both Belgium, 230V/50Hz, and Japan, 100V/60Hz. It is just a matter of using a travel adaptor to cover the pins.
