even at the highest volume the call volume is tinny! really low, in crowded area or streets hard to hear the other person

sony can you increase the call volume via software fix

why do you always always fall behind ???? so dissapointing always to your loyal customers.. give other manufacturers the best tech..and then make your own product crappy...why???

The volume ought to be fine, do you use a screen protector which covers the speakers?

hi thanks for the reply to this.

i do not have any screen protector applied.. i just think the earpeice volume is too low. they could potentially increase it via software? these are suppose to be louder speakers sforce but clearly not in use aside from when using for media playback

I have just 'upgraded' to the XZ1 Compact and have the same issue.  Compared to my Z3 Compact, the volume output is terrible.

Hi,

When I play content like youtube, the volume is loud and clear.

When setting a call on loudspeaker, the output is very low at max volume.

Please fix!
