I purchased this phone new couple month ago.
For some reason after talking on the phone for some time, the other party can hear me but I cannot hear them or the other way around as well. Sometime this happen after 1 min and sometime after 30 min. The call is never dropped, the call resume fine after waiting for about 10 - 20 second.
I am pretty sure it is not a network problem because I trled the Sim card with my Samsung phone and it works pretty fine.
I tired resetting the phone but the problem still exist. I am also sure it is not a hardware problem since I tested it out. Here is something strange, if I message the other party with whatsapp or Facebook message the call resume normal faster.
I have no idea what is happening. I called sony already and of course they keep on telling me to reset the phone again and again. My wife who purchased the phone at a different date also is experiencing the same issue.
