Bluetooth

Why won't my phone recognise my car via Bluetooth? Also, since the update when my phone rings it doesn't come up on my main screen.

@Scissors

what if you try to boot in >>> safe mode ?

Are you connecting the phone through an AUX or USB cable? if the later, some cars are only compatible with iOS devices, if the former, could you test a different cable and/or headphones to narrow down the issue?

Hi @Scissors

Have you tried to reconnect your phone to your car?

I keep trying every time I get into my car, it never works, I even tried with a USB and my phone still wouldn't recognise the car! 😞

@Scissors

Just restart the phone, IFF you experience the same issue, then there's an issue with a third party app (not preloaded)
