bleutooth issue

hello,

I got a new XZ 2.

I have a creative Iroar go bleutooth speakers.

the speaker have a NFC tag, and succes with pair with this device.

only if I play the music on my moblie the bleutooth speaker give no sound.

If I press on the speaker the play button it works also the volume button I see on my mobile it going up or down.

not only music but also youtube watch on my mobile and give no sound to the speaker.

I test it with my older phone a Z5 it's works fine.

I have also anthor bleutooth headset from sony ( SBH54 ) this device give sound.

its very strange.How can I solve this problem.

or i must wait for the next firmware update.

I dont find any issue of Bluetooth on my xz2

I'm using MDR1ABT and SBH80 as well as my wireless devices, and it works fine

Try to unpair that connections between both devices, and try to reconnect again, if it still happens, try to factory reset/software repair on pc

I have same issue, XZ2 recognizes Bluetooth speaker and connects successfully but does not produce any sound....

Please help!

last i was by a media store and try out different bleutooth speaker.

JBL no issue

bose no issue

marley no issue

strange.

now I am happy that my bleutooth speaker have a audio jack and I connection to SBH54 with a audio cabel 

hopefull wil be a firmeware for bleutooth to fix some strange bug.
