Today I've noticed that Battery stats isn't reset to zero for screen usage after 100% charge overnight. Somehow it show last "memorized" screen usage and this is case for "Phone idle" also.
I'm using factory charger and cable. No other battery usage apps.
In fact this occurs on freshly reset/repaired device via Xperia Companion.
Can someone report this bug "upstairs" ?
@viridis? @uliwooly?
Anyone?
Does this happen with every recharge cycle or it just happened once? Does a simple restart fix it?
After unsuccessful attempt to fix issue with Sony support and lack of response from community I've decided to make "Software repair" with Xperia Companion one more time.
After this issue didn't happen again. But there was just two charges to 100% after that. So, I think it's just too late to make judgment.
This bug is the same as other user reports with One Plus. In fact, they blamed Wi-Fi for this. One user has notices that this happens only with Wi-Fi on while charging.
So, their workaround is(was)
Turn off Wi-Fi, turn off phone, put charging cable and turn on the phone and charge to 100%.
This helps me to, but keeping Wi-Fi off while charging isn't acceptable because main syncing of, Google Photos for example, is made on Wi-Fi while charging.
I'll watch on this but I urge you to report this at software department because this is a bug and, after all, there is no charge estimate on lock screen nor "Charging fast" or "Charging slowly" like on Xperia Z3 for example .

Before this issue I've noticed that battery stats reset to zero after restart but not every time.
