Battery drain

My sony xz premium battery is draining faster 

I have did every battery settings and factory reset but still I have the same battery draining problem after upgrading to android pie

Charge the phone 100%
use it as you normally would
once the battery has reached 10%

Battery
take a screenshot of this
Menu
Consuming apps
Show all consuming apps
take screenshots of the list
tap on the top 5 items/apps on the list and take screenshots of each
post them all here

It's like if I sum up all the battery consumption % still nearly 20% of battery where it is going I don't want, please help me out
