Applications shut down

While using what'sapp or playing game, my phone stops responding and I can't access any application anymore, I do restart the phone within 2 minutes same problems starts even without me playing anything.  Please any information on how to solve this problem will be helpful to me

my email app and bluetooth keeps closing after pie update

Try restarting the device in Safe Mode to discard any third party app causing it.

Try clearing E-mail and Bluetooth app cache and data (you will have to configure the E-mail app again), restart phone and try again.

yeah done that several times, but once it loads, it keeps crashing again. 

have to restart, re enter email again several times but still no joy.
