After update to Android 9 mobile transfer is not working correctly

Yesterday I updated my XZ1 Compact to Android 9. Today I noticed that while using mobile transfer I can only use Facebook or Instagram (both in app and browser). Other apps and websites do not work. I installed new Internet settings from Orange Poland, but it did not help. Ane ideas how to solve this problem?

This thread solved my problem.

Same carrier (Orange Poland) same or similar problem.

In my case APN was 'internetipv6'

Changed to 'internet' and it started to work for all applications.
