yes, no one ever got their issues solved by reporting them here. it's better to not post anything and complain about what a waste of money the phone was instead of clarifying what the issues are and perhaps getting some solutions.

I wonder if you people realize that this is NOT an official Sony Tech Support forum. This is a user forum where other people with the same phone try to help one another when possible. The complaints that Sony is no help may be true to an extent because actual Sony Techs may not even look here at all, though once in a while I believe one or two chimes in. So if you are having issue with Sony, and are not willing to allow the end users here try to help you, then you need to find a way to contact Sony directly to get your issues resolved.
