Z5 unknown google account

Dear friends

I have one Xperia Z5 that belonged to other person who made the first ssetup of device introducing his own google account and password. He also set a screen password too

I had to make a software reparation of the device vía Pc Companion to put away the screen blocking but I have encountered now it asks me for the google account of first user and I have no idea .

What it can be made? I need help soon!!

That informatiom is not accessible, I think the phone was a present for my girlfrienfd and she gave me back when we broke our relationship

Is there any way of reseting or something like that ?

i dont know but flashing it with another firmware might work

you shoud try asking at XDA forums

Hey, Cfsays, if you knew the person's Google account, you could possibly go to Google Device Manager and change the password for thr Xperia Z5.

He just stated that these Google info are not accessible to him.
