Z5 compact bluetooth issues - connection drops during data transfer?

I use Polar Flow app to synchronize my training sessions from Polar V800 to the web

Polar V800 - bluetooth 4.0 - mobile - https - flow.polar.com

I have upgraded from Z3 compact to Z5 compact. Nothing else changed. 

Since then the synchronization is almost impossible. The syncing process fails after 30-60 seconds every time. If I am lucky the current training session can be uploaded to the mobile after 5-10 attempts. 

Bluetooth HCI snoop log was fine on Z3 compact but not on Z5 compact. Wireshark detected some inconsistencies in the Z5C's bluetooth log: it has been cut short in the middle of a packet. 

So I think the bluetooth connection drops very often during data transfer.

Similar problem here.

If i use my Z5 compact with lg g watch R android wear for my Runtastic's sessions the data on LG work for 10/15 secs then disconnect for 2/3 mins, then reconnect for 10/15 secs and so on. 

On phone display the B icon on status bar disappears, then come back. My Cardio disconnect in the same time of LG.

HOW THIS IS POSSIBILE? 

I opened another thread for GPS problem...not resolved!

Now BT Problem...

This Z5 Compact is the worst phone i ever had...

Sony has the worst customer care i've ever seen...

Have you contacted the app developers?

Have you contacted Sony directly? Local support ? again, this is a user based forum, in other words, this forum is for us, users, to help each other.

I wrote to Runtastic....but the SAME things happend with Runkeeper.

I contacted Local Support (this is my id case: 1-22326941966) .... can't help me 

I don't have any time to spend for this bad device...i hope i can change it as soon as possible (but not with another sony...)

i tried...but i can't find a map or gps functionality...am i wrong?

But...i tried 3 other apps...please...
