Z3, Slow WiFi on MM

When browsing or downloading over LTE, speed is ok, but when connect to WiFi speed and page load need time. But if connected on WiFi through VPN service there is no issue. Loooks like there is common problem with IPv6 for Androids. Does any one have idea how to fix this issue?

have you tried this while you are on safe mode??

Yes, just finished trying, it is a lot faster and ok. What does it mean if is way faster in safe mode...maybe some of 3rd party apps?...

Yes, safe mode dissable all 3rd party apps leaving only the apps that were installed in the device. so this means you have installed an app recently that may have affected the performance. apps like battery savers and ram managers tend to do this.

if it is possible you can try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, and then try to observe your device when you install back your apps. see if one of those are causing the problem./

I'm trying to find what app could affect wifi speed because didn't installed no one app for ram management or battery saving app. 

Could be antivirus AVG Pro interfere with wi fi?

After deleting AVG Pro app still same situation, any idea what application can affect still interfere because i don have any application for battery of ram management?
