Z3 radio problem

Hi everyone. My Z3 has a radio problem. I did update use pc companion but it couldn't solve my problem. When I start search on radio app cant do anything else and i have to turn to mainscreen and finish radio app. İs there anyone who know how can i solve this problem. Thanks for answers.

Radio works only with the headset. Connect the headset you have got in the box with the phone

How about settings > apps > all > radio > clear data > restart the phone

Are you using the FM Radio which came with the device or you downloaded a radio app from Google store

Disable the radio restart phone enable it and restart again and check

If all fail, repair your phone with PCC
