Z3 notification panel empty

Hi,
Since this morning, when i pull the notification panel, it shows me 'no notice' and i can't find thé Quick function ( like wirless activation, airplane mode.. Etc)
The right touch button that displays open applications does nothing Esther

This is unfortunate, let's see if we can help resolve this issue for you.

The first thing I would suggest would be running through with a simple reboot. 

Hold down the Power button and then restart the handset.

Although simple, in most cases this resolves these types of problems.

@ukyoone This is really unfortunate, however, this does sound more like a software orientated issue.

Based on this, I would suggest performing a backup to the device and then moving forward with a software repair, this should resolve this problem for you.
