Z3 not recognising 128GB micro Sd card after phone restart

Been having my Z3 for 3 months now running Android lollipop, I installed a new 128GB micro Sd few a month ago and it was working properly until a week ago, I restarted my phone and all applications on SD went missing, I couldn't access any application of them all am getting is an icon of blue print with a red SD circle ND if I try to access it an error pops up "application not found",
I plugged the phone to my laptop still I couldn't access the Sd card, so I took it off the phone and tried accessing it through an SD adapter and it worked fine, I can find everything properly saved in the card.
Tried formating it and installing it again in my Z3, MY PHONE recognized it Instantly, but after restarting the phone all applications went missing again,
I don't know what do.
Please help been suffering for week

Just because you can move apps to SD doesn't mean they will work - It's upto the developer to incorporate this feature and allow read and write to an SD card

What about pics?? I can't access them as well, but I used to access the applications and all other files

Media files you should be able to access so I can only assume that your card is faulty or you have purchased a fake card - Is it genuine and have you ran a test with h2testw to make sure

As far as I know it is not fake and it is working properly as long as I don't restart my phone, I tested it with some applications and results came out that the card is functioning properly, but I didn't try h2testw,

h2testw is in my opinion the best program to test cards to see if they are fake or have bad sectors - If it's fake then as you know it will give the appearence of been genuine and allow you to add file to it but it doesn't add them - it will merely add a reference to it but not the actual file

I tried h2testw and it showed the my SD is Faulty indeed so I got another one and it is working fine

Hello, Whether 128 gb sd will affect the speed of Z3....? And which antivirus app is best to defend threats from sd card....? What should I check before buying new sd card...? Please help...
