Z3 Headset audio issues

So my headset has randomly stopped working, I have checked other threads and followed the steps there but my issue hasn't been resolved. I have gone into apps, force stopped smart connect, disabled etc and restarted my phone I also installed soundabout so here is where I am at, the headphones are working for media and when I get an incoming call as soon as I answer it switches to the built in speaker.

Just to clarify, audio from media (videos, music, youtube, spotify, etc) work fine w/ headphones but not calls? 

if that's so, settings > apps > all > phone (there might be more than one) > clear data > restart the phone check again.

if you encounter the same issue, boot on >>> safe mode and report back

They only worked once I installed soundabout, just cleared the data under phone and it appears to be working fine.

So when I went to use my phone this morning the same issue has happened I will try putting it in safe mode and see how that fairs

Contact your Local support to get the phone inspected.
