Z3 cracked screen

My xperia Z3 fell to the ground and cracked the screen but touch stopped working and it was with the glass film.

Has this happened to anyone?

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend that you contact your Local support in order to find a service center that can replace the screen for you.
