sony xperia tipo lighting problem on white back ground

my Sony xperia tipo showing a light at bottom of the screen like a candle flame when i go to white back ground screen.
I have opened gmail app ,which have a white background showing candle type light at bottom with ripples like light.
please give a suggestion to fix this
