Z2 random shut down

Hello Sony. I bought your newest flagship week ago and i have problems with it. My phone is shuting down on random, either just scrolling, or listening to music. It shut itself down, then boot up again. It is annoying. Brand new phone and i already have issues with it. I even used PC Companion to repair the phone but nothing happened, still same thing. Please respond and help me with this.

A faulty SIM will not be recognized all the time,so it will restart when it finds it.Just like when you insert a SIM,it will say SIM card inserted,phone is restarting.It could be a faulty SIM,yes.

yeah i know that process, when u want to take out sim while phone is on window pops out saying phone will restart. but that not the case here, it just stops working, like its still on but touch doesnt react and after 1-2 sec it turns it self off and again on. restart didnt happen today at all tho.

Why don't you stop by a sony service?Maybe they will be able to assist you.

Got a replacement phone and this is working perfectly, great phone (now it works). Must have been really unlucky. Thanks for the advice, had to have been faulty hardware.
