So, here it is, my wife and I got two Sony z2 from Bell.
We have had them for three months.
However we have not had them for month and half as we have sent them in twice.
We just got them back and still have problems
Her phone heats up to the point wear you can hold it.
There is horrible echoing when using Sony install handouts (or any other video chat)
Her battery is not holding a charge as long as mine.
So.please Sony reply with good news on what we should do. If I send them in a third time
I.do.not want them back.
We moved from iPhone to you and we can not.video chat while I.am.at work.
Can you send us new phones and stop.this horrible service, that your current repair shop is providing.
Please help
