Hey. I'm having trouble with my brand new smartband. Opened the box downloaded the app managed to get through the screen on the talk whilst the app.downloaded. Now however the screen has been stuck on 07:34 with two footprints on. Nothing will shift it. It will vibrate in the background and can talk when a receive a phonecall but the screen just doesn't budge. It's like it's frozen. It also doesn't seem to turn off. The screen doesn't go off. I tried resetting it and felt the vibrations but the screen didn't change.
Try to unpair the device from your phone and also hold both the power button and volume up button at the same time untill you feel 3 quick vibrations then turn it back on and go through the pairing process again
The talk responds but the screen doesn't. It's just stuck saying 07:34. Like I say when I first switched it on things worked. Could alter volume and tap the screen. Now it just vibrates but stuck on the same screen. I can't tell what's on or off. I paired it via nfc. So turned that off and found it in bluetooth devices and unpaired. Deleted the smartband app. Reconnected via bluetooth and downloaded the app. Still the same screen.
Its definately working as i have just managed to play music and control it from it but the screen remains on 07:34 with the footprints Il have to talk to sony as I won the talk along with the z3 in a sony Facebook competition. Thankyou for the advice though.
