Z2 Does not vibrate

I've had my Z2 for 10 days and i've tried several computer repairs but it still wont vibrate.

Sony says it's there best phone ever. (I don't agree)

Do you have vibrate turned on - Theres a settings for touches and a separate one for ringing inc notifications
