Z2 charge

Hello

I have just bought a new Z2. It's been on charge now for 5 hours and is 49% charged. Something is clearly not right but can anyone shed some light on what this might be?!

As it is new i have no apps or anything on it yet so it can't be because things are running at the same time.

are you using a wall charger or a computer?

Using a wall charger, a Sony one. I think it might be faulty as it also keeps running the demo when i press the side button to turn screen off and resets the screen to the default one and resets all my settings.

Just tried the system update too and it is not updating, stil on Kitkat...
