Hello, I bought two Xperia z2 in USA, from www.amazon.com website. My phones are color black and white. The white phone's camera problem. Such as When I take a picture,the picture out of focus. What can I do? Plase help me. Next week İ m going to came back my Country in turkey.

Maybe you can try to contact amazon for a replacement ,show the proof to them.

Is this happens on all kinds of pictures? Have you tried using another camera app?

 i just bought a z2 and when i take for example 4-6 pics the camera wants to shut off saying it is over heated and does not allow me to take more pics. this happens when am going to record a normal video too.Deos not allow more than 5 minutes...I would like to know if Sony will repair this bug and how...it is terrible to buy such an expensive cellphoen and things does not work fine! Thanks

Hi all. I brought a z2 a while ago and everything was going fin. However recently I realised that my camera on the automatic mode was very gittery/leggy when you pay left or right. However the 4k mode is not gittery at all. Really confused and annoyed at something that could be so simple to fix (if there is a solution)
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
